今天將舊的湯底擱置一邊。
今天煮泡麵,我的早餐。
當然不能只有這樣,我的早餐還有一根香蕉,半顆蘋果,素烤布蕾,素杯蛋糕(沒有蛋,但怎麼形容沒有蛋的蛋糕?)
然後將素食早餐店買的小菜海帶豆腐之類的舖陳放置在透明四方型便當底部,半顆蘋果切塊鋪於上層,澆上泡麵的湯底,加上之前的湯底,帶至辦公廳蒸箱蒸一蒸當午餐,當我從蒸箱裡用著抹布端出熱騰騰的便當時,那類似從烤箱端出蘋果派的豐盛感油然而生。
我很喜歡每天變換著花樣準備我的餐點,獨一份的,因為素食,純素,vegan,然後是很多食材混搭,至於混搭甚麼種類?端看當天我有甚麼食材?生食熟食不拘,因為我的range還挺廣,有時是生菜沙拉的蔬菜當盤底的鋪墊,水果也可以入菜,有時可以果汁當湯底,根莖類例如地瓜馬鈴薯都可以一起烤,小黃瓜涼拌後也可以當最上層的擺飾…總而言之,cooking真是一件有趣的事。

in the oven, zap them in the microwave - dinner in 10 minutes!)p.s.我不喜用microwave,我喜歡比較天然的能量,最好是用炭火煮茶,雖然現今很難,退而求其次用電爐,瓦斯爐)
最後,做個總結,我還有藕粉,蔬菜粉,佛王米,有空再買一些麵條麵線之類來當主食,協天宮的白麵條也是我的很愛最愛喔!
