今天要回鄉探望弟弟

希望小弟的雙足早日康復

路過沒有錯過

so exciting.

今天老師教授完整版all that jazz，排整隊形，分解動作，矯正姿勢，彩排進場走位，老師說我走位走得很好，讓同學看我走一遍，後來我和同學說，今年館外公演我們光光彩排隨著音樂踩點從幕後走到臺前就用了好多節課好幾個小時訓練，確實，畢竟有實戰經驗就是不一樣。

今天很多地板動作，拉筋，彈升，開跨，核心，自認理想的身體狀態應該是存在自己腦中的認知而不是事實，桌板平板一腿往後伸長平舉往前至腰際下點，再舉起屈膝往同側肩靠近，再平行往後劃至後側放下，兩邊重複操作數次，今天的柔軟動作認真做起來確實有吃力喔！雖然看起來好像簡易版的，就我之前的狀態應該是像吃稀飯的，現在，居然有吃力的感覺，身體需要修復的部位與程度有需要再加強喔！

今天，就把教室當Broadway吧！

就把自己當成一個superstar吧！

就sexy吧！

脫下自己的絲襪，用指尖在大腿上走步，趴在櫃台上喝杯琴酒，將鋼琴彈到發熱…這本身就是很jazz啊！

For some Greenlanders, sorry isn’t enough.

The prime minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, made a special visit Wednesday to Greenland’s capital, Nuuk, to apologize in person for a traumatic chapter in Greenlandic history, when Danish doctors forced birth control on a whole generation of Indigenous(當地的;本土的，土生土長的) Greenlandic women and girls.

Frederiksen has stepped up(增加（尺寸或數量）；加快（進程）的速度) her efforts to repair relations with Greenland and address old wounds, ever since President Donald Trump insisted that the United States take over Greenland, a semiautonomous(半自主的) Danish overseas territory.

But the reception(感受；反應；回應) was mixed.

There were gray-haired Greenlandic women in the audience who had been victimized and silently weathered(因風吹日曬而褪色的，受到風雨侵蝕的，風化的) the ordeal(磨難；苦難；嚴峻考驗；煎熬) for decades. Some wiped away tears. Others sat stoned-faced(不顯露任何情緒的;面無表情的). One woman painted black stripes on her face and stood during the speech with her back turned to Frederiksen, in protest(以示抗議;反對).

The contraception scandal goes back to the 1960s, when the Danish government began a decades-long campaign to control the growth of Greenland’s population. Danish doctors invited Greenlandic women and girls for checkups and implanted(（手術中）植入，移植) intrauterine(子宮內的) birth control devices in them.

In many cases, the women and girls were not told what was being done and found out only years later, when they started having health complications(併發症). Some of the patients were as young as 12, and some were left infertile for life(終身不孕).

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said last month that if New York City needed a federal bailout(紓困) under the leadership of mayoral(市長的) candidate Zohran Mamdandi, it would be rebuffed(粗暴拒絕;生硬拒絕;斷然拒絕) by the Trump administration with two words.

“Drop dead(去死，滾開，閉嘴),” Bessent said in an interview on Fox Business.

But Argentina is a different story. The Trump Department has been working to prop up(支持，維持) its sputtering(勉強進行) economy, and on Sep 24^th Bessent declared that the United States was ready to extend a $20 billion lifeline(命脈，生命線，救生索).

The moves are intended to buttress(加固，支持) the fortunes of Javier Milei, Argentina’s embattled(危機四伏的；處境艱難的) president, whom President Donald Trump sees as a kindred(相似的；相關的) political spirit.

By offering economic support to Argentina, the Trump administration is wading into (貿然涉足；貿然插手)the precarious(（情勢）不穩定的，不確定的，危險的) politics of bailouts, which Republicans traditionally loathe(恨，憎恨;厭惡). By using America’s economic power to influence another country’s election, the president is tying(tie的過去分詞) the United States to the financial fate of Argentina, which has been plagued(不斷困擾;折磨;使受煎熬) for decades with surging(陡增，遽增，急遽上升) inflation and rampant(猖獗的，泛濫的) debt.

The U.S. support is intended to restore confidence in Argentina’s economy and bolster(支撐;加固;提高;改善) Milei after his party lost badly in a recent local election and faces critical legislative elections this month.

The mechanics of the support, which Bessent is still negotiating with his Argentina counterparts, remain unclear, but analysts say it could be risky to American taxpayers.
