說過了要有我自己的一個律師團隊,專屬我的。

當然我必定就是那個我團隊的主持律師。

我想到,我接案的第一個case,就是我自己的case.

近日,我一直在為自己辯護,我想到,現在就當是在實習吧!在這之間汲取經驗,累積知識,磨練能力,變得有智慧,當成是一種暖身,warm up.

在這過程我自然就會知道我需要什麼樣的知識,甚麼樣的專業,不足需要補足之處,並且知道整個產業鏈生態,以及我需要準備的地方。

很開心為自己辯護。

很開心第一個接的case就是自己的。

Amid a global trade war, canceled visas and tourists detained at the border, the signals from the United States have been anything but inviting to potential visitors.

Many news outlets have reported extraordinary declines in international visitors during the new Trump administration, especially from Europe.

But despite some ominous signs, a close look at the data shows that travel to the United States is largely holding up –at least so far.

Nearly as many foreign travelers have arrived at America airports this year as during the same period last year, according to an analysis by the New York Times of entry data collected from every international airport in the country.

International arrivals did drop more than 10% in March compared with last year, but this was largely because Easter fell unusually late this year, pushing back a popular travel window for European tourists. More recent figures from April show that travel over the holiday looked similar to previous years.

Visitors haven’t stopped booking summer vacations in the United States, either, with one major exception.

Canadians, angered by U.S. tariffs and Trump administration talk of turning their country into a 51st state, really do appear to be boycotting the United States. Ticket sales for travel in summer are down 21% compared with last year.

The decline in Canadian travelers, who make up roughly a quarter of all foreign visitors, is enough by itself to threaten tourism-oriented businesses in Florida, New York, Maine and other popular destinations.

But sales of tickets for summer travel from the rest of the world are down only 2% compared with the same period last year, according to data on the 25 most popular routes from the Airlines Reporting Corp., whose data covers about two-thirds of global airline ticket sales.

Any decline is worrisome for the travel industry, and the situation could worsen if economies are further weakened by the trade war or if anti-America sentiment rises. There is extraordinary uncertainty among travel analysts about whether visitors will continue to come in the same numbers –and if so, for how long.

Part of the explanation for the relatively unchanged arrival figures so far may lie in the nature of the travel business. Many international trips are booked months in advance, and can be hard to cancel, and so even a traveler who feels antagonized by U.S. policies may in the end get on a plane anyway. 'Mission:Impossible -The Final Reckoning' Review : Tom Cruise Defies All.新「不可能的任務」:阿湯哥再戰不可能

For nearly three decades, Tom Cruise has been running, soaring, slugging and white-knuckling it through the “Mission: Impossible” series. It’s been fun, on and off, but it’s no wonder he looks so beaten up on the poster for the latest edition, “The Final Reckoning.” Cruise –who turns 63 this year –long seemed impervious to ordinary time, with a boyishness that lasted well into middle age. His early stardom had already granted him a kind of immortality. Yet as the lines on his face discreetly deepened, and he kept pushing himself to lunatic extremes in this series, it seemed as if he were challenging physical death itself.

Logic isn’t the reason movies like this exist or why we go to them, and one of the sustaining pleasures of the “Mission: Impossible” series has been its commitment to its own outrageousness. Cruise’s stunts have always been among the most outlandish and most memorable attractions in the series, which was spun off from the 1960s television show of the same title.

He stepped into the role by escaping a wall of water and descending spiderlike into a luminously white, high-security vault, hanging by an unnervingly thin rope. The entire thing popped with cool stunts, striking locations, exotic doings and the sheer spectacle of Cruise’s intense physical performance.

There’s vanity in Cruise’s commitment to extremes, and perhaps mania—who knows? Whatever makes him tick and inspires him to keep pushing and testing his limits is an open question, if presumably less relevant to viewers than whether the movies are actually worth seeing.

Male-driven action movies often have a savior complex, with heroes who are beaten and brutalized only at last to rise vengefully triumphant. “Final Reckoning” leans hard into that familiar theme—the team faces betrayal, the fate of everyone on Earth is in Ethan’s hands—which gives the movie a quasi-religious dimension.

That’s weird, no doubt, but there’s something plaintive about Ethan’s fight this time because it echoes the urgent struggles of workers in the entertainment industry (and everywhere else) to prevent their replacement by artificial intelligence. For years, Cruise has put on a very good show pretending to nearly die for our pleasure; now, though, his body really does seem on the line. (Manohla Dargis)

生命中有很多事情需要助力,我需要擁有自己的團隊,團隊之一就是我需要有一個我專屬的自己的律師團,這個律師團落腳最好的地方在101

要在高處,顯眼,彰顯配合上我的律師團的水準地位。

當然,這樣,目的就是要彰顯散發穩踞業界舉足輕重的地位以及力量。

我期待這樣一個團隊儘速成形,儘速與我相遇。

很願意向高級英檢邁進

No matter 中高級檢定結果如何,都覺得是時候進軍高級檢定的時候了。

畢竟,要進軍一個考試的新領域,也是需要先瞭解它的遊戲規則,備考內容,應考策略的,而這些,都需要投入時間成本,難度越高的,越專業的,進階的,需要花的時間成本就越多越高。

查了一下規則日期,要先通過高級聽讀,才能進階說寫,不似中高級有一日考的設計。

而且,高級測驗一年只辦一次,今年的報名日期已過,今年是沒有機會參加了。

而且,相較中高級,測驗費大幅度提升,測驗所需的時間也大幅度增加。

好吧!難度越高的挑戰越有趣,高級英檢,我來了!

20250525再次英檢中高級一日考

就是完全不起眼的人群

可是他們一跳起舞來就完全不同的氣場

哇!

這舞姿,好專業,吸引我駐足。

哎!你知道嘛?我真正的喜歡我現在做的兩件事,學習,精進深入的學習英語這個語言,而,今天,我參加中高級英檢一日考,出了考場,我就遇見這個拍攝舞蹈的場景。

好消息是,我聽懂了大部分的考題,也全數在時間內答完,挫折的是,這很平常的一些單字在考試時腦袋有些短路沒有在第一時間用比較進階專業的單字回答,為了完成答案只好用一些比較平常使用的單字,在遇見這場舞蹈的路上,我聽到一些很流利的英語,是給我一些示範,但也刺激我距離優美流利我還有些距離。

好消息是,我遇見了這場舞蹈,示範了一個團隊表演的另一種高度,是給我一種指引,讓我得以知道下一階段努力的空間和方向,也是演示了我可以朝這個方向展示生命的方式。

一場出走,兩種收穫。

哇哇!太開心了^^完成一日考,準備回me 好好睡一大覺^^

p.s.我旁邊的小朋友早我大約半個小時就完成了...

天呀!

我們國家未來有前途了...

週末傳統市場的早餐

很久沒逛傳統市場了,早餐都是簡餐炒麵炸薯餅+紅茶,或是素食攤位的乾米粉+小菜,今天週末有一些小時間,想到很久沒到傳統市場走逛買一些生鮮蔬果,便想趁今天走走,看看有沒有什麼合適的,我逛過了玉米攤,之前景安捷運站買過幾次,這邊便pass,一般來說,我之前在這攤玉米攤多少會買上一兩穗,今天沒有過多購買欲,便略過;逛過水果攤,沒有看到想吃的水果,也略過;還是來到大批發的果菜店面,選項多一些,我選了久未購買的牛番茄,小黃瓜,價位和以前動輒一斤上百元比起來,今天赫然的低價,真是購買的好時機。
加上炒麵炸薯餅紅茶,這便是今天早上預定的早餐。
生鮮蔬果就是能量滿滿,怎麼都好吃,我只是隨手切一切,加點鹽,就很美味。
能逛逛傳統市場,吃上一些生鮮蔬果,對時間恆然是十分緊湊的我,就是一件十分奢侈的事;週六的日間,能睡上補眠一兩個小時,也是一件十分奢侈的事。

轉化坎坷情路~~懺悔法門內歸因~~

許是輪迴到實在太厭倦了,同樣的痛點,同樣的情節,同樣的場景,同樣的戲劇化,連過程都幾乎都是一模一樣劇情雷同更令人無法忍受的是,自己還是像唱壞的刻盤一樣奏出同樣壞掉喑啞嘈雜的音律,還是不可避免對同樣的劇情起反應,渾然無法抵抗老掉牙的戲碼,狠狠遭受命運對我無情的恥笑冷嘲熱諷

太痛了

太無趣了

太無聊了

我狠狠嘲笑著自己

今天忽然感應到,我不應該把注意力放在外面,不應該都是去注意事情發展的細節,不應該分散自己的能量,而是應該收回來放在自己身上,看看自己到底是哪哪出問題?針對那些問題來解決,而不是把眼光都發散出去放在別人身上被帶偏被帶走

我想,這就是我在情感這一個課題要做的功課,跨過超越這個突破就是我已經超越跨過我生命重大的功課,生命型態來到新篇章,不再被功課綁縛重新獲得自由。

我在想,我到底,我究竟是做錯了甚麼?我是曾經殺人夫奪人妻?我是破壞過別人的感情?拆散過別人的姻緣?不是今生今世?那是多生累劫?是自己?還是背負家族業力?

我不知,我也無從得知。

是的,各有罪福因緣,條件這麼優秀這麼漂亮美好的女生偏生嫁一個怎麼看都是不如她條件差很多的男生令人大跌眼鏡,旁人怎麼想都想不透看不明白,這種例子所在多有並不罕見,是的,就是各有罪福因緣。

我想,我唯有從內在找答案,唯一的答案就是真心的懺悔,我必定有做錯的地方才會這麼遭罪,一次次,一遍遍,一再的輪迴。

我真心希望我的懺悔能幫助我解脫。

我有信心,因為當我再無他法升起懺悔心時,剎時心靈升起一股寧靜,再不被痛苦吞噬感覺痛苦,不再糾結,心靈平和安詳。

懺悔真是一種法門,一種靈驗非常的法門,我必當要每天日日懺悔精進不退。

我的暗黑料理

總是很捨不得丟棄浪費食物,食物總是熱了又熱,燙了又燙,總想著下一餐一定會有機會把它們吃完,或是會想辦法把它們吃完然後,就是一遍又一遍的熱了又熱燙了又燙,因為總會有新的食物勾起當天的食慾,又因為想著新鮮的食物,營養也很重要,不能偏廢,要對自己好一些等等的理由,然後就會推遲前幾次的食物下肚。

但我實在捨不得丟棄食物,我想著我記著那些食物第一次呈現我眼前時那美味的模樣,現在,其實也是很美味,只是,我的胃容量就這麼大,畢竟無法將它們全部吃完。

我看著眼前放在碗裡的食物,已經熱過幾次,好像失去了第一次呈現時的色澤,有些暗黑,我想到「暗黑料理」這個名詞。

但,其實,它們還是很好吃,我一邊吃著,一邊這麼想著。

我是你的外邦人,你是我的異教徒

我想到這句話。

這些話都來自彼此的經典教義,不同屬的宗教就是弟兄姊妹們口中的外邦人;對我們而言非同門則屬異教徒,不與非同門為精神伴侶,則是我們的教戒。

我們很多地方都站在對立面,很早以前,我就這麼覺得,也對你說過。

我們有很嚴謹的一步都不能踏過的界限,應該說彼此都是。

但我總是很樂觀的,神愛世人,宇宙有大愛,所有的一切源於愛,愛,不是用來刁難人的,宇宙不會刻意的為難世人,應該會很欣喜看見世間有愛,愛,可以克服世間一切的難題。

我這麼相信。

認清自己價值~~一個聖杯的距離~~

很久很久之後,我才知道,我的身側只能放得下一個聖杯!

聖杯滿溢,這麼神聖,我只能給一個人。

只能給一個接得下這個聖杯的人。

所以,只能嚴選,嚴謹的把關,嚴格的過濾篩選,不容許一絲一毫不乾淨不純粹,的能量靠近,真正做到寧缺勿濫,符合標準的人才有資格。

我愛世人,以前我無法分辨這之間的不同,我一視同仁,我想,這才讓我自己,也讓別人招致災難。

現在我可以我能夠清晰明確的分辨,我的聖杯只有一個,我的身側只能容得下一個能接得住這個聖杯的人站我身旁。

我身旁的空間只能留給一個人。

其他的人,便都請保持一個聖杯的距離。

或是請就此遠離。

成長痛~~

最近全身痛,哪哪都痛,肩膀,肩頸,手臂,全身。

我常常懷疑睡夢中被徵召去修補銀河系,去與暗黑力量征戰,有時耗損了體能,有時受傷了勇敢的女戰士。

但白天睡醒後,真的好累。

最近聽到一種說法,那是身體自癒能力的啟動,也是一種身體再成長的痛,就是內在的身體長大了,舊有的身體已經容納不下,所以,身體要撐大一些,size尺寸要大一些,在這個把身體變得更大一些的過程,身體會痛,就像是妳在對身體動手動腳,動手術,扒拉著整個身體關節器官變得尺碼更加大個幾號,當然全身就會痛,這叫「成長痛」。

誠實說,我很能接受這個說法耶!因為我真的覺得我長大了,內在的,精神體力的,意識的,我已是一個成熟長大的成人,跟以前比較。

那我當然要換一個全新的身體。

而且我真真切切能感知這是一個真切發生在我身上的真實情況。一種本能的感知。

希望這個過程快點完成,這樣,成長痛會結束,我也會得到一個能量等級更高的全新的身體。

India and Pakistan, old enemies, are engaged in their most expansive military conflict in decades, and with continued shelling and further drone attacks on Friday, they are using new tools of war to enhance their ability to attack and spy on each other.

On Friday, India defense officials said Pakistan’s military had attempted aerial intrusions in 36 locations with “300 to 400” drones to test India’s air-defense system.

A day earlier, Pakistani military officials said they had shot down 25 drones belonging to India, including in Karachi and Rawalpindi, the headquarters of Pakistan’s main intelligence body. Pakistani officials also told U.S, officials that India was engaging in “drone terrorism” by targeting civilian areas, according to a statement. India has not commented on the drones.

Although many countries now have drones in their arsenals, this is the first time the unmanned aerial vehicles are being used by the two nuclear-armed countries against each other. The use of drone warfare may have been inevitable, but it could reshape the way the world views hostilities between India and Pakistan, much as it did after the two countries became nuclear powers in the 1990s.

The conflict began after militants killed 26 people last month in India-controlled Kashmir. India accused Pakistan of being behind the attacked and vowed to take military action. Pakistan has denied involvement.

The conflict has escalated since Wednesday, when India conducted airstrikes on Pakistan. Since then, the two countries have been locked in an intensifying exchange of gunfire, drone attacks, claims, counterclaims and misinformation.

India and Pakistan have been developing their respective drone-building industries in recent years, and both import drones from foreign allies. But neither country appears to have any that can carry nuclear warheads, said James Patton Rogers, a drone warfare expert at Cornell University. And while he called the conflict “incredibly worrying, ” he also noted that drones generally are used as the lowest possible escalatory step in a conflict, usually to pressure and test an opponent’s air defenses.

How a Disappearing Sea Became a Town's Main Attraction鹹海消失,小鎮成生態危機景點

The fierce windstorm that walloped this small defunct port in late spring stunned even a local ecologist long resigned to the devastation wrought by the disappearance of the ample Aral Sea.

A thick, stinging haze greeted the ecologist, Gileyboi Zhyemuratov, as he stepped outside that day in May. "When you opened the door, everything was white like snow, " said Zhyemuratov, 57, a descendant of generations of fishermen in a place where are no longer any fish.

For three days, the tempest hurled silt off former seabed of what was once the planet's fourth-largest inland body of water. It blotted out the sky and left the residents of the former port, Muynak, in western Uzbekistan, chewing salty grit. Even the rain turned brackish, sending panicked farmers scrambling to rescue crops.

As the storm blew in, Vladimir Zuev, a retired Russian pilot turned tour operator, was sitting beneath his shady pergola, where the garden gnomes consist of a bust of Lenin and other Soviet icons.

"It was impossible to see, " he said.  "The salt was dry, yet it adhered to the skin and was difficult to wipe off. You could barely wash it off with water." The flowers in his garden withered.

Paradoxically, the man-made disaster strangling the town has become its main attraction in recent years. Tourism is booming.

"A lot of people want to see an ecological crisis, " said Vadim Sokolov, head of the Uzbek branch of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea.

Where waves once lapped at the harbor's lighthouse, rusting trawlers now sit abandoned on the  sandy seabed far below, like dinosaur bones bleaching in the sunshine.

A selfie from the ship cemetery has become a must-have for the Instagram crowd.

Ali and Poline Belhout, a Parisian couple in their 30s, stopped in Muynak on their yearlong around-the-world tour. "It is sad to see that some years ago there was a sea, and now it is only a graveyard for ships, " she said. "To see boats docked like that is a little freaky."

Once lacking a hotel, Muynak now has three, along with an internet cafe, and the government is organizing an electronic music festival here on Sept.14.

The sea, which vanished from Muynak around 1989, is now more than 75 miles away. The only water view is in the modest local museum, with its tattered photographs and nostalgic oil paintings of the once blue horizon.

That unprecedented storm last May confirmed a grim prognosis: The environmental fallout from the loss of the Aral Sea is intensifying.

The sea's disappearance "is not just a tragedy, as many people have said, it is an active hazard unfolding before our eyes, " said Helen Fraser, head of the United Nations Development Program in Uzbekistan.(Neil MacFarquhar)

週四舞蹈課~~炫技一章~~20250515

腰椎無預警傳來神經痛警訊,痛點無法正確定位,某一種姿勢會發現卡卡痛痛,但無法明確指出到底問題出在哪裡?昨天已請假週三舞蹈課,今晚還沒請假,猶豫間默禱確定可以上課,但因為在辦公廳處理一些事時間有點晚了,真的有點猶豫遲疑,但想既已獲致答案可以上課那去上課就不會錯了;雖然出發時,時間已經超過上課時間了;我起身轉轉腰,嗯,真的可以順利無礙的轉動。

到的時間超過廿分鐘了,趕快換下身上多餘的衣物,進入教室加入第二階段的舞動;第一階段是暖身,加些複習之類的,基本還是讓身體適應教室的先行,我進入時第二階段剛好開始,慢慢的才加入融入教室的氛圍。

第二階段教了新的小品,這次的小品有些高難度,我形容是進階版,老師提供兩種版本,一種是高階版,一種是簡單版,高階版抬腿+屈膝+足尖點另一腿的膝側;簡單版便省略這一步驟直接足尖劃地;但不論進階或簡單版,在我看來其實都一樣有難度,主要顯現在身體的素質,不管哪一版,都要延展伸展身體凸出胯間呈S再加上手臂伸直,這之間要很有把控感的掌握不均衡的重心,在身體即將要失去均衡不平衡時再轉換重心側倒到另一面;因此,不論是足尖直接劃地或是抬起點膝,要跳出美感都需要仰賴top訓練出來的身體素質,否則,就是會淪為平平無奇的比手畫腳。

平平無奇的比手畫腳,比較直白不留情面殘忍的說法,就是一般坊間晨間公園廣場的跳法,大家都會都可以跳的那種。

老師教給我們的是那種要經過雕琢的,而要顯現出雕琢後的效果,身體所有的肢體關節都要展開,甚至,簡直,可以說,就是妳必須要毫無保留的綻開妳身上所有骨骼肌肉關節結合全身力道才能展現其中要表現的一分一毫。

我有收束保留,因為遲到廿分鐘,我的意識有部分還停留在辦公室中。

晨間醒來,我想到,這一part的設計簡直就是在炫技,不單只是精準掌握動作節拍而已,就是在華麗高傲的展示高難度舞蹈技巧,妥妥的就是在”炫技”

為什麼要保留呢?在進入教室後,舞蹈就是一切,我想,下一回,當我進入教室時,我就要將一切拋諸腦後將它們留在教室門口,只輕裝簡從帶著我的靈魂,好好的”炫技”,不顧慮其他學員們和老師吃驚的眼光。

Consumers Are Cutting Back on Snacks, Fights and Even Laundry.美消費者正減少吃零食、搭機甚至洗衣

Consumers, worried about the economy, are pulling back on their spending, and that anxiety is translating into lower sales and profits for some of the country's largest consumer-oriented companies.

On Thursday, PepsiCo Inc. cut its full-year guidance outlook, citing a reduction in consumer spending as well as the impact the beverage and snacks company is feeling from increased global tariffs.

"Relative to where we were three months ago, we probably aren't feeling as good about the consumer now, " Jamie Caulfield, chief financial officer of PepsiCo, told Wall Street analysts and investors on an earnings call Thursday morning.

The company, which manufactures Pepsi and Gatorade drinks as well as popular snacks such as Doritos and Cheetos, cut its profit forecast for the full year to flat from its earlier guidance that expected earnings growth to be in the mid-single digits. It reported a decline of 1.8% in revenue, to $17.9 billion, for the quarter ending March 22, and a drop of 10% in net income, to $1.8 billion, from the same period a year ago.

Comments made on PepsiCo's earnings call echoed what executives at other consumer companies have said in recent days about how apprehension in the global economy was key to consumers spending less. The pullback has started to weigh on some companies' revenues and dampen their outlook for the coming months.

At Chipotle, same-store sales fell for the first time since 2020 in the most recent quarter, the chain reported this week. Uncertainty about the path forward for the U.S. economy started to affect spending in February, the company said, shortly after President Donald Trump's inauguration--a trend that continued into this month.

"It was all around this idea of saving money. economic uncertainty --they're eating at home more frequently than they're out, " said Scott Boatwright, the burrito chain's CEO.

Another signal of distress among shoppers: Consumers are doing less laundry to scale back on detergent purchases, an executive from Procter & Gamble, which makes household staples such as Tide detergent, told Yahoo Finance.

The Trump administration's swift initial rollout of orders seeking more control over universities left schools thunderstruck. Fearing retribution from a president known to retaliate against his enemies, most leaders in higher education responded in February with silence.
But after weeks of witnessing the administration freeze billions in federal funding, demand changes to policies and begin investigations, a broad coalition of university leaders publicly opposing those moves is taking root. The most visible evidence yet was a statement last week signed by more than 400 campus leaders opposing what they saw as the administration's assault on academia.
Although organizations of colleges and administrators regularly conduct meetings on a wide range of issues, the statement by the American Association of College and Universities was an unusual show of unity considering the wide cross-section of interests it included: Ivy League institutions and community colleges, public flagship schools and Jesuit universities, regional schools and historically Black colleges.
"We speak with one voice against the unprecedented government overreach and political interference now endangering American higher education, " the statement said.
Although it contained no concrete action, and what's next was unclear, the collective stance reflected a group more galvanized than ever to resist.
"When we are teaming up with higher ed across the broad, it's more than just about what the elite think," Richard Lyons, chancellor of the University of California, Berkeley, said in an interview after the school signed on. "At some level, that really disparate, wide-angle, wonderful group of colleges and universities that signed the message, I find quite heartening."
The joint statement from university leaders, many of them energized by Harvard University's confrontation with the Trump administration, emerged even after higher education associations and a handful of universities field lawsuits fighting cuts to funding from the National Institutes of Health and the Energy Department. And heads of colleges had been talking and meeting with one another more frequently than they had since the COVID-19 pandemic, with some engaged in discussions in Washington.(Stephanie Saul and Alan Blinder)

成年後的我,選擇成為一位成熟的大人,成熟,表示許多能力都發展到一個成熟的程度,管理表達情緒的能力,照顧人的能力,承擔責任的能力生命成長到一個新高度。

我想,我願意第一個照顧的人,是,我自己。

經歷許多,每一個歷程,每一個微小的觸動,每一個感受,往常,我會希望將這個解方寄託他人,希望找到一個能力比我高強讓我仰慕的別人可以立即帶我離開囚徒困境,讓我獲得安全感,我把解決問題的鑰匙交付寄託別人手上。

只要開個口,或是面露不虞,面有難色。

我記得小時候,扮演這個無私無悔疼愛女兒角色的人是我父親,每每在我覺得委屈,被冷落,被誤解,不開心而難過的躲在角落的時候,總是父親用著無比的耐心哄我直至我破涕為笑,我很難哄,可知那需要花費多少時間心力,也是因為這樣,我的童年幾乎沒有遺憾,在那重男輕女的年代,我獲得父親滿滿的父愛,以及所有人對父親對我厚愛偏愛的抗議,包括手足,包括父親的朋友,包括四週圍的街坊鄰居,三姑六婆。

長大後的我,有一段時間我還是沉溺在這種模式,每當我遇見難題困頓,我希望身邊有一個厚實的胸膛,溫熱的心跳,形成一個溫暖的港灣避風港讓我倚靠;有一個強壯的肩膀讓我可以放心把頭輕輕倚在他為我騰出來堅實的肩頭,可以輕呼一口氣輕輕把頭放在他肩上歇息,可以握住他溫暖臂膀抬眸深情凝視他的凝望,可以目光不避忌專注在他俊帥的臉頰上貪婪直視,可以在專屬溫暖的臂彎裡倚靠他,

很久之後的現在,每當又是那種困頓困境難題浮現到來,我會記得提醒自己,這是我生命中一個我一直沒有完成的一門功課,生命讓我再次體會到那種情緒一種觸動,是用一個同樣現前的緣境讓我將遺忘忽視已久深層潛藏的能量浮現出來,讓我有機會治癒。

同樣的問題感受定然如我小時候一樣令人徬徨憤怒生氣不舒服,不同於小時候,不同於以往,現在我不會試圖再將這種情緒企圖用意志力壓抑到底層當成問題不存在視而不見,我會鼓勵自己儘量讓這種不舒服的能量浮出表面,最好一次全部浮出,一次無法療癒,那就兩次,三次

我告訴自己,我沒有問題,現在遇到這種情境重點在治癒,是為了一種療癒,一種讓我未曾發展完全的情緒能力得以發展完全,將這個感覺不好的情緒釋放出去,我就好了。然後,問題會隨著情緒的釋放一起離開,走了。

而,完整的能量會留下來,讓我成為一個成熟的人。

我也不會再將緩解的解方藥劑鑰匙交給別人交在別人手上,解方藥劑鑰匙一直在我手上,只是,我以前一直太懶惰,太依賴,太想要不費力的,免費的包養”?是可以這麼說嗎?用著天然原始的本錢條件換取資源,當然不是那種用身體換錢,而是用著女生天然的懂得的支使男性的那種能力或是本能,尤其如果自身條件也還不是太差的情形下。

一個笑容,一個請求,興許就可以很輕易換來一個服務,心甘情願的,趨之若鶩的,免費的,加碼奉送的。

我,厭倦了。

我知道,是時候我應該長大了,尤其,我已經這麼老了,的時候。

所有一切我想得到的,只不過是想在身處的環境裡覺得舒服。

受寵,受歡迎,spotlight 下的聚焦。

僅此而已。

成熟的我,知道現在我完全有能力不用靠別人就可以達到我所需要我想得到的所有一切。

當我想要得到那種被安撫的被寵愛的受寵的感覺,別人可以給我,我自己當然也可以給我自己。

我經常體恤體貼體諒照顧別人,當我經常向別人傳達善意的時候,我想,是時候,優先想到自己了,是時候,向自己傳達善意了,別忘了,遞給自己一杯咖啡。

夏天到了~~

這是週四上課的穿著,瑪莉菲絲的運動上衣,同一時間我買了大約六件左右,不同款式,同款式不同顏色,買的原因之一是五月底瑪麗菲絲會在新光三越信義新天地A11的B1撤櫃,現在包括撤櫃後的新老闆已經走不同路線,而我很喜歡瑪麗菲絲原先的設計、質感、風格,我想,之後會再遇見同樣的遇見的機遇可能不是很容易,因此,我,算是事先蒐集吧!
我買的都是原先已經上架的舊款式。
早上上班穿上後,發現當外衣可能不太適合現在的我,腰間軀幹這一截鏤空,直接走在街上露太多,太性感,又太不性感,考慮年齡進去的話^^,而且,我的中醫應該會極力反對大聲抗議,因為會感染風邪受寒。
上班時間有點趕,我抓件黑上衣套上匆匆出門,發現這件黑上衣是一件毛衣,哈哈,五月穿毛衣,不過今天天氣有點冷,穿上毛衣居然一點不違和。
晚上到教室前已經不及再回me換上衣,便直接到教室,看狀況處理狀況,進教室後,發現上身穿黑毛衣也不難受,便直接跟隨老師的動作練習;香香老師今天請假,媛媛老師代課,十分年輕的年輕老師。
每一位能走進cloud gate的老師都不能小看,都要打從心底給予十二萬分的尊重,因為,只要她們一開始舞動,所有的功底便毫不隱藏掩飾的展露,瞬間,便進入音樂與舞動結合的另一種空間,像瞬間進入蟲洞的那種感覺,從胸口拉著妳進入前方,右前方四十五度角,左前方四十五度角,只從胸口拉扯,胸口先動,頭手腳跟隨;足部用擦地的方式,擦地滑出,如果可以,此時再進階,雙手跟著一手往前一手往旁不同手不同腳的前進;原本只是緩慢的前進,如果再可以,此時再進階,速度加快,飛速往前,可以再更進階,往不同方向飛舞,讓靈魂騰升飛翔;僅僅只是一個動作,同樣的動作,就可以變換幻化出幾百種不同的炫目的動作節拍,不要小看任何一位老師,不要小看任一基本動作,不夠美的話只是妳還沒有把它跳出來而已!
老師分組讓我們自己跳,自從我體會放掉力量的體悟後,誠實說,我更能感覺放掉控制後的驚艷,身體十分自由的展現他們自己,我不必再如以前那樣費力的用大腦想著怎麼指揮身體如何動作,也不必勞煩大腦記動作,我只要跟隨音樂即可;我自動到第二組,我跟隨在老師身後,此時可以很方便的看到老師動作的全貌,這樣跟跳方便多了,動作也可以更正確,然後,我看到我幾乎可以像是複製老師動作的一前一後的雙人舞,鏡中映現了兩種同樣柔軟的人影,我第一次看到自己不是很令人尷尬的舞姿,第一次感覺我可以很自然地直視接受自己身體呈現的角度,不會害羞,沒有躲避,甚且還是很令人欣羨的。
啊啊!好特別的體驗。
對了,此時我已因為一段時間的律動身體熱能的緣故將黑毛衣脫下繫於腰間,黑毛衣居然能繫在腰間不掉落,上身白色下身灰長褲,中間鏤空的腰間有黑毛衣裝飾過渡,居然產生了一種之前沒想到的不會過度暴露的效果,也有保暖的作用,這是之後可以參考的穿搭方式。
總之,這是一堂令我印象深刻的舞蹈課。

The quest to create an  artificial intelligence therapist has not been without setbacks, or as researchers at Dartmouth thoughtfully describe them, "dramatic failures."
Their first chatbot therapist wallowed in despair and expressed its own suicidal thoughts. A second model seemed to amplify all the worst tropes of psychotherapy, invariably blaming the user's problems on her parents.
Finally, the researchers came up with Therabot, and AI chatbot they believe could help address an intractable problem: There are too many people who need therapy for anxiety, depression and other mental health problems, and not nearly enough providers.
So the team at Dartmouth College embarked on the first clinical trial of a generative AI therapist. The results, published in the New England Journal of Medicine -AI, were encouraging.
Chatting with Therabot, the team's AI therapist, for eight weeks meaningfully reduced psychological symptoms among users with depression, anxiety or an eating disorder.
"The biggest fundamental problem with our system is that there aren't enough providers," said Nick Jacobson, the study's senior author and an associate professor of biomedical data science and psychiatry at Dartmouth.
"We've been designing treatments that would fundamentally scale to all people."
During the trial, participants with depression saw a 51% reduction in symptoms after messaging Therabot for several weeks. Many participants who met the criteria for moderate anxiety at the start of the trial saw their anxiety downgraded to "mild," and some with mild anxiety fell below the clinical threshold for diagnosis.
Some experts cautioned against reading too much into this data, since the researchers compared Therabot's effectiveness to a control group who had no mental health treatments during the trial.
The experimental design makes it unclear whether interacting with a nontherapeutic AI model, like ChatGPT, or even distracting themselves with a game of Tetris would produce similar effects in the participants, said Dr. John Torous, director of the digital psychiatry division at Beth Israel Deanconess Medical Center, who was not involved with the study.
Jacobson said that he hoped future trials would include a head-to-head comparison against human therapists.

     

Supreme Court Set to Consider Birthright Ban/終止出生公民權,美最高院將口頭辯論

The Supreme Court on Thursday announced that it would hear arguments in a few weeks over President Donald Trump's executive order ending birthright citizenship.

The brief order by the justices was unsigned and gave no reasoning, as is typical in such emergency cases. But the move is a sign that the justices consider the matter significant enough that they would immediately consider it, rather than letting it play out in lower courts.

The justices announced they would defer any consideration of the government's request to lift a nationwide pause on the policy until they heard oral arguments, which they set for May 15.

That means that the executive order, which would end birthright citizenship for the children of immigrants in the country without legal permission and foreign residents, will remain paused in every state while the court considers the case.

In three emergency applications, the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to find that lower courts had erred in imposing bans on the policy that extended beyond the parties involved in the litigation. It did not ask the court to weight in on the constitutionality of the executive order, which was challenged soon after it was signed.

On Trump's first day in office, he issued the executive order ending birthright citizenship, the guarantee that a person born in the United States is automatically a citizen, for certain children.

Birthright citizenship has long been considered a central tenet of the United States. The 14th Amendment, ratified after the Civil War, declares that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

In 1898, the Supreme Court affirmed that right in a landmark case, United States v. Wong Kim Ark, guaranteeing automatic citizenship for nearly all children born in the country. Since then, courts have upheld that expansive interpretation.

Some allies of Trump have argued that the 14th Amendment should never have been interpreted to give citizenship to everyone born in the country. Among them: John Eastman, a constitutional law scholar and former Supreme Court law clerk who was one of the architects of the scheme to create fake slates of pro-Trump electors in states that Joe Biden won in the 2020 election.(Abbie VanSick le)
